Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Market Analyst and Consumer Insights Specialist to join our team at Nestlé Sa. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a critical role in generating demand functions and supporting business stakeholders with analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support reporting from various external sources, including sellout data, consumer data, and in-store data, with a focus on the take-home channel.
  • Contribute to the analysis and generation of insights, recommendations, and presentations for internal stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Interact with key partner agencies, such as Circana and GFK.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for analysis and correlation of facts, with a genuine curiosity for context and category dynamics.
  • Have familiarity with market and consumer data, as well as knowledge of business dynamics in FMCG retail.
  • Be able to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, adapting language and tone as needed.
  • Master Office tools and have knowledge of data providers tools, such as Circana Unify and GFK Analyze.
  • Understand commercial practices in retail, including promotion and price assortment dynamics.
  • Be fluent in both Italian and English, with a preference for presentations to international stakeholders.
