Role Purpose

As an Artificial Intelligence Technical Specialist at Vodafone, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of artificial intelligence in our fixed network solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
  • Autonomy: You will work independently, making informed decisions to drive AI innovation.
  • Problem Solving: You will effectively solve complex problems, leveraging your technical expertise.
  • Time Management: You will excel in time management, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Communication: You will collaborate effectively with the team, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Continuous Learning: You will be committed to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest technical skills.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Programming Languages: You will have deep knowledge of PHP and Python, with expertise in data manipulation and AI libraries.
  • Database Management: You will be proficient in data manipulation, including structured data tools and unstructured data tools and platforms.
  • Artificial Intelligence: You will have advanced skills in artificial intelligence, particularly in machine learning and generative AI, with knowledge of machine learning libraries and fundamental techniques.
  • Frameworks and Libraries: You will be familiar with major frameworks and libraries for PHP, Python, and AI.
  • Experience: You will have at least 5 years of experience in software development roles, preferably in AI-related contexts.
Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications or equivalents are preferred)
  • Knowledge of IT process development (ITIL certification is preferred)
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in Tech companies or software houses
Key Performance Indicators
  • Compliance with PA activation plans
  • Compliance with SLA on customer activation and GNP for PA
  • Technical NPS and delivery quality indicators for PA
