Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager Artificial Intelligence Solutions Specialist to join our team in Italy or abroad, working on digital transformation projects within our global Business Line of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

In Sia Partners, our AI&DS team not only develops and applies our expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, but also understands business phenomena related to our Clients' needs to guide them towards complex digital transformation projects such as journey to cloud, advanced computing systems, and complex architectures.

Our goal is to extract information from complexity to enable our Clients to make strategic decisions.

The selected person will be responsible for:

  • Providing/contributing technical leadership, acting as a reference point within projects and Client relationships
  • Developing and training junior resources in understanding key technologies supporting digital transformation projects
  • Guiding Clients in understanding project risks/opportunities, identifying suitable tools for designing target architectures
  • Utilizing technical experience in client/consulting reality to contribute to business insight generation useful for decision-making

In addition to project work, the inserted resource will be required to contribute to internal research and development activities, idea generation of new solutions, use cases, and business development.

Qualifications

The essential requirements for joining our team are:

  • Specialized degree in STEM disciplines
  • 2-6 years (depending on the role applied for) of experience gained in major consulting firms or structured client companies in data science and AI roles such as architect
  • Knowledge of main ML algorithms and key technologies for supporting transformation processes
  • Knowledge and experience in using one or more of the following languages: Python, R, Matlab, Java
  • Knowledge of non-structured databases (MongoDB, Neo4j,..)
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g. Git)
  • Professional knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in managing digital transformation projects (e.g. journey to cloud)
