Senior Content Manager International

LePub is seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager International to lead our content efforts in Milan. As a key player in the Content Team, you will report directly to the Head of Content and work closely with the Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Strategy: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending brand planning workshops and leading client presentations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee project supervision, ensuring creative and strategic elements align with client goals.
  • Creative Input: Contribute to the development of innovative ideas that push boundaries and drive business results.
  • Project Management: Manage workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Competitive Insights: Stay informed about clients' competitive landscapes, delivering actionable insights that shape ongoing strategies.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a senior content role within the advertising, communications, or marketing industries.
  • A proven track record in strategic content development and management, with experience overseeing projects on both a creative and business level.
  • Expertise in social platforms, analytics tools, and the ability to use data to shape strategic decisions.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency (C1-C2) in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
