LePub is seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager International to join our team in Milan. As a key player in the Content Team, you will report directly to the Head of Content and work closely with the Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Lead content efforts, balancing creative and business insight.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Director to deliver well-rounded, data-supported content strategies.
  • Manage workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the junior members of the team, mentoring them to foster growth and continual learning.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a senior content role within the advertising, communications, or marketing industries.
  • A proven track record in strategic content development and management.
  • Expertise in social platforms, analytics tools, and the ability to use data to shape strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency (C1-C2) in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
