About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team at MFS International Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Relationship Management and Sales teams in the production of marketing materials for client and sales engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the content creation process via project management of partner teams, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the wider team to build confidence in influencing decisions of Senior Leadership, Managing Directors, and Business Partners across Distribution.
  • Develop professional working relationships to become a trusted partner and support the wider team in creating customized sales and marketing presentations.
  • Utilize automated systems to autonomously pull together materials, applying business and compliance rules as required.
  • Support the production and distribution of pitch and client review books, including providing customized data and correspondence.
  • Check data input for accuracy and determine the urgency of requests, ensuring satisfaction with service levels received.
  • Generate regular and custom reports as necessary and work with the Client Services Specialist to develop workflow procedures.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office management required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently, with minimal direction.
