Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Monitoring Expert to join our team at Würth Phoenix. As a Network Monitoring Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with the design and implementation of our network visibility solutions based on NTOPNG and Elasticsearch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the implementation of Network Monitoring – Visibility tools, focusing on German-speaking markets.
  • Support customers in designing the correct architectural framework for network visibility tools.
  • Train customers to identify malicious network traffic and top talkers.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate cyber-attacks based on network traffic using ntopng.

Requirements

  • Good network knowledge and experience with network flow protocols.
  • Competencies in IT Security, IT Operations, IP Networks, and familiarity with common operational systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Highly committed to becoming a Network Visibility Expert in IT & Cyber Defense.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a well-structured manner.
  • Outstanding communication skills and high customer and service orientation.
  • Fluency in German (mother tongue) and excellent English language skills.
