Process Technologist

We are seeking a talented Process Technologist to join our Blue Team at Geven.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Research and Development and be responsible for managing the development process of new products that utilize unconventional materials and metal alloys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new production processes using autoclave, press, RTM, infusion, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with the production department and technical office to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
- Supervise the continuous improvement of the technological process and industrialization of new products.
- Draft documentation and procedures for new products and production processes.
Requirements:
- Technical training and degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the composite material processing industry.
- Experience in the automotive, sports, or aeronautical sector is an asset.
- Proficiency in English and 2D/3D CAD modeling tools and structural sizing.
- Strong organizational skills, team work, precision, stress tolerance, and initiative spirit.
