Process Technologist

We are seeking a talented Process Technologist to join our Blue Team at Geven.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the head of our Research and Development department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products using unconventional materials and metal alloys.
- Design and implement production processes with autoclave, press, RTM, infusion, and other technologies.
- Supervise the continuous improvement of technological processes and industrialize new products.
- Draft documentation and procedures for new products and production processes.
Requirements:
- Technical training and degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in composite material processing.
- Experience in the automotive, sports, or aeronautical sector is an asset.
- Good knowledge of English and 2D/3D CAD modeling tools.
- Strong organizational skills, team work, precision, stress tolerance, and initiative.
