About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Milan. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in the front desk area, manage reservations, and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, room service, and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless communication with team members.
  • Gain experience in customer service, improve communication and organizational skills, and learn the basics of front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a multitasking approach.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.
