Job Title: Digital Media Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Consultant to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing digital performance strategies and executions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Develop and execute paid search, paid social, and display performance campaigns, including strategy definition, budget allocation, and media plan creation
  • Assist with client interactions, including reporting, meetings, and QBRs as needed
  • Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs and identify opportunities to meet targets
  • Liaise with clients on digital activities and trends, ensuring best practice and innovation
  • Support the digital leader/partner in managing and coordinating the team
  • Build strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital campaign management
  • Excellent knowledge of DSPs (DV360, Adform), search and social advertising platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter), and display performance media vendors and technologies
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of conversion optimization practices and Ad Serving and Analytics technologies
  • Analytical mindset and financial acumen
  • Good level of English language, both written and oral
Personal Specification/Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Team working and collaborative attitude
