La nostra azienda, Michael Page International Italia S.R.L., cerca un Digital Marketing Strategist per unincorporare la sua esperienza e conoscenza nel settore dell'Hospitality. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e dell'implementazione di strategie di marketing digitale per promuovere il nostro brand.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Creare e implementare strategie di marketing digitale per aumentare la visibilità online e generare prenotazioni dirette;
  • Definire obiettivi chiari e misurabili per aumentare la visibilità online e generare prenotazioni dirette;
  • Coordinarsi con fornitori e agenzie esterni per eseguire iniziative di marketing, come campagne pubblicitarie e sponsorizzazioni di eventi;
  • Supportare lo sviluppo di materiale di marketing, comprese brochure, presentazioni e materiale di vendita;
  • Assistere nella pianificazione e all'esecuzione di eventi promozionali, fiere e altre attività di marketing secondo necessità;
  • Monitorare le metriche di performance e adattare le strategie in base ai risultati;
  • Condurre ricerche di mercato per identificare tendenze, esigenze dei clienti e analisi della concorrenza per informare le strategie di marketing;
  • Preparare budget annuali;
  • Creare contenuti accattivanti per vari canali di marketing, incluse campagne e-mail, sito Web e materiale pubblicitario;
  • Ottimizzare i siti Web ponendo attenzione ai contenuti, al fine di migliorare l'indicizzazione dei motori di ricerca;
  • Gestire campagne pay-per-click (PPC) nella Suite Google per aumentare il traffico qualificato e le conversioni.
Requisiti e Competenze
  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazioni, o Economia;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito Digital Marketing, preferibilmente nel settore alberghiero;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione di strategie di marketing digitale;
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme social media, SEO, SEM, e email marketing;
  • Capacità analitiche per valutare le prestazioni delle campagne e apportare miglioramenti;
  • Creatività e capacità di pensare in modo innovativo per distinguere il marchio sul mercato;
  • Pensiero critico e capacità di problem solving;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
  • Inglese B2/C1;
  • La conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituirà titolo preferenziale.
