Job Title: Cloud Transformation Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Support team, you will be responsible for leading cloud transformational programs that span across traditional IT teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of diverse projects and initiatives, utilizing program management skills to interface with and influence multidisciplinary teams.
  • Be a trusted cloud advisor to customers, leveraging consulting, complex program management, and technology skills to understand their strategic business objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of cloud transformational programs, working with customers, AWS, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, support change management, and facilitate AWS services adoption.
  • Help shape the Customer Solutions Management function, defining and implementing new processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and solutions, with a certification in AWS Solution Architect (Professional Level) within 3 months of start date.
  • Project management certification or training, such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification.
