Job Description:

The AWS Global Support team is seeking a skilled Cloud Transformation Executive to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from key enterprise-level customers. As a trusted advisor, you will develop strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs and desired outcomes. Your expertise in guiding customers through cloud adoption and digital transformation will be invaluable in this role. Key responsibilities include business development, relationship development, delivery oversight, and program management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand customer needs and desired outcomes.
  • Guide customers through cloud adoption and digital transformation, including modernization migration of existing IT assets.
  • Provide customers with a great experience when engaging with AWS ProServe, throughout the sales cycle to the delivery of high-quality engagements.
  • Act as an evangelist for the full portfolio of AWS platform capabilities and services to accelerate realization of customer outcomes through AWS cloud.
  • Prepare and present commercial and/or strategic proposals to customer C-Suite and executives.
  • Manage commercial agreements and create Statements of Work (SOWs) with accountability of revenue targets for AWS customers.
  • Work with relevant product specialists and delivery experts across AWS to enable customers on AWS Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of IT consulting and management experience, with demonstrable business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Senior level executive engagement and advisory experience within the manufacturing, life science, and FSI sectors.
  • Extensive experience managing large industry vertical accounts, IT, and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets/sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations, etc.).
  • Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, relentlessly thinking big, championing innovative customer outcomes.
