At Marsh, we are seeking a talented professional to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team in Roma, Italy, as a Junior Client Advisor – Employee Health.

The MMB team offers a wide range of employee benefits consulting, brokerage, and digital solutions designed to improve the benefits experience for our clients' most valuable asset – their people.

The successful candidate will be introduced to our organization for an inspiring opportunity that will enable professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team.

What can you expect?

  • A journey of growth and acceleration, including technical and theoretical training moments, on-the-job training sessions, and coaching from three key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor, and a Buddy;
  • An induction training where you will discover Marsh's organizational structure and strategic vision in detail, as well as meeting our Senior Leaders and their teams;
  • A career progression within Marsh, starting with an initial 6-month internship aimed at 2/3 of apprenticeship, followed by an employment agreement tailored to your performance and dedication.

We will count on you to:

  • Stay updated with employee benefit services and solutions provided to clients;
  • Coordinate management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team;
  • Be a great communicator and relationship builder.

You will interact with clients daily, helping them solve benefit insurance issues and assist in managing coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers.

What you need to have:

  • A University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR, or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools, especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
