As a Junior Client Advisor – Employee Health, you'll be introduced to our organization for an inspiring opportunity, enabling professional growth within a dynamic and thriving team. Your journey will include:

  • A growth and acceleration path with alternating technical and theoretical training moments, on-the-job training sessions, and coaching from three key figures: a Tutor, a Mentor, and a Buddy;
  • An induction training where you'll discover our organizational structure and strategic vision, as well as meeting our Senior Leaders and their Teams;
  • Career progression within Marsh: starting with an initial 6-month internship aimed at 2/3 of apprenticeship, you'll have the chance to accelerate your career through an employment agreement tailored to your performance and dedication.

We're looking for a candidate who can:

  • Stay updated with employee benefit services and solutions;
  • Coordinate management and renewal activities with client executives and the Employee Health & Benefits team;
  • Be a great communicator and relationship builder.

As a Junior Client Advisor – Employee Health, you'll interact daily with clients, helping them resolve benefit insurance issues and assisting in managing submission coverage specifications and obtaining quotations from carriers.

What you need to have:

  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political, Social and Administrative Sciences, International Relations, HR, or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
