Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply for a portfolio of POS, ensuring our retail customers receive the right products at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor detailed supply plans to match customer service level ambitions with optimum working capital and lowest possible cost.
  • Identify service level issues related to assigned product portfolio and BTQs, avoiding customer stock-outs or excess of stocks, and ensuring business goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Team to improve forecast accuracy at SKU/location level.
  • Build strong relationships with major stakeholders within and outside the Supply Chain department.
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out process execution from a planning perspective and optimize retail inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete inventory for assigned product portfolio.
  • Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and take corrective actions to optimize retail inventory levels, as well as manage Replenishment Tools settings.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Retail Planning or similar roles.
  • Positive forward-looking mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team spirit.
  • Approaches challenges with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
