Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with sales representatives to understand sales and administrative processes.
- Respond to customer concerns and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for answering first-level customer calls.
- Perform all activities and processes related to contractual exchange of products and services with customer organizations.
- Theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree.
- Limited knowledge of Carrier organization.
- At least 2/3 years prior relevant experience in back office.
