Descrizione del Lavoro

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di selezione del personale, con un focus specifico su pubblicazione e gestione annunci e svolgimento colloqui; inoltre la risorsa gestirà il contatto con le Aziende Partecipanti Locali e darà supporto al responsabile commerciale nella gestione contrattuale.

Tra le attività è prevista una parte amministrativa che consiste nell'archiviazione documentale e nella gestione dei Documenti di Identità per le risorse assunte.

Requisiti

  • La risorsa ideale è in possesso di laurea triennale o magistrale (psicologia/giurisprudenza/lauree umanistiche)
  • Ha maturato esperienza nell'ambito Recruiting e ha già coperto un ruolo che preveda mansioni amministrative
  • Ottima doti comunicative, competenza organizzativa, ottime capacità relazionali
