The Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the digital growth and expansion of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including CRM management, SEO implementations, performance marketing, content flow, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weekly Reporting: Prepare and share weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and insights across CRM, paid media, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Channel Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of key digital channels, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • SEO Strategy Implementation: Manage the implementation and execution of SEO strategies, including on-page optimizations, keyword analysis, and content enhancements.
  • Content Management: Coordinate with the content and web development teams to manage and update the CMS for on-page SEO improvements.
  • Newsletter Calendar Management: Support the creation and maintenance of the newsletter calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and coordination with content creators and designers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Background in the fashion industry or sporting goods is preferred.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, performance marketing channels, and CMS platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with different stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills.
