About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Specialist to join our Global Library Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing customer-oriented support by implementing a tailored approach to bibliographic resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Document Delivery Service Management: Oversee the management of the document delivery service and correlated tools, contributing to the scouting of new bibliographic resources and potential customer-oriented implementations.
  • Bibliographic Support Service: Provide tailored bibliographic searches and analyses pertaining to all therapeutic areas of interest in support of end-users and SKAI colleagues.
  • Customer Education: Implement a continuous learning training program on bibliographic resources available in the Global Library to support end-users in their professional development and daily activities.
  • Alerting Services: Collaborate with the scientific knowledge team to contribute to the News Alerting service activities.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in information gathering and bibliographic research within a pharma company, particularly in scientific/external data and information management.
  • Master's degree in biotechnology, biology, or other scientific subjects.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
