L'azienda leader nel settore del noleggio a lungo termine, è alla ricerca di n. 1 Vehicle Procurement Intern da inserire nella Direzione Procurement.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

Assicurare l'on-board ed il monitoraggio dei fornitori in accordo con il buyer di riferimento, in particolare:

  • gestire la KYS dei fornitori in linea con le policy di riferimento
  • supportare l'invio e corretta ricezione dei contratti di acquisto auto (solo dealer)
  • garantire il monitoraggio delle performance di fornitori in termini di vendor rating, assicurando anche la corretta archiviazione di tutti i documenti di acquisto (sia fisica che digitale
  • monitorare, attraverso la reportistica dedicata, la corretta canalizzazione degli ordini

Dovrà inoltre trasmettere ai reparti interni coinvolti nei processi di acquisto tutte le informazioni inerenti i piani di supporto (pds) ricevuti, ivi compresa la possibilità di consultazione degli accordi stipulati, al fine di garantire la corretta quotabilità da parte della FDV.

CONOSCENZE – CAPACITÀ - ATTITUDINI:

  • Laurea;
  • Buona conoscenza degli applicativi Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese – upper intermediate;
  • La conoscenza del settore Automotive sarà considerata un plus.
