Position Overview:

As a Senior Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Control department, ensuring that all quality analysis and product evaluations are executed flawlessly. The Quality Control labs encompass various teams, including Chemical, Microbiological, Raw & Pack, and Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to guarantee the highest standards in product quality assessment.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date quality control protocols in accordance with GLP/GMP and corporate guidelines, while implementing strategies for ongoing enhancement of product quality testing.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and apply effective methods that foster a culture of quality compliance within the QC department.
  • Assist in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and competencies.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a comparable manufacturing role, ideally within aseptic sterile manufacturing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Outstanding leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, clients, and corporate stakeholders.
