Job Summary:

As a Production Readiness Specialist at Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness of supplier production equipment and tools for our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include verifying the status of equipment and tools during project development, steering suppliers in the realization of critical technical tool modifications, and monitoring production equipment and tools to ensure they meet company processes and needs.



Responsibilities:

  • Verify the readiness of supplier production equipment and tools for manufacturing processes.
  • Steer suppliers in the realization of critical technical tool modifications.
  • Monitor production equipment and tools to ensure they meet company processes and needs.
  • Ensure the integrity of equipment and tools to prevent damage or problems during pre-series production.
  • Inform other involved departments of any critical issues or technical lacks in production equipment and tools.
  • Find solutions to solve problems on production for top critical items during the pre-series phase.
  • Inform the production readiness responsible regarding equipment availability and suggest plan revisions as necessary.


Requirements:

  • University technical degree
  • At least 3 years' experience in related fields
  • Fluent English and Italian, German a plus
  • Tool-makers and production techniques/processes knowledge
  • Tools concepts knowledge
  • OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness and related calculation
  • Intra-company processes knowledge
  • MS-Project, Excel, Moldflow, and simulation software and techniques
  • Relational skills
  • Self-confidence and good standing
  • Analysis & Problem Solving
