Descrizione del Ruolo: Per un'importante iniziativa, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager Junior nel settore IT.

Responsabilità:

  • Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti interni relativi alle risorse informatiche, inclusi PC, accessori e strumenti per le riunioni, per elaborare un piano di sviluppo dettagliato.
  • Collaborare con i team di business per valutare soluzioni tecniche che soddisfino le necessità, tenendo conto di costi e benefici.
  • Indagare sulle problematiche per proporre azioni correttive e migliorative.
  • Redigere e convalidare la documentazione operativa necessaria.
  • Promuovere una gestione agile dei progetti per ottimizzare i processi.
  • Elaborare e attuare strategie per una gestione efficace delle risorse, inclusa la definizione di obiettivi di performance e il monitoraggio della loro efficienza.
  • Condurre analisi approfondite per valutare le performance delle risorse esistenti e identificare opportunità di miglioramento e riduzione dei costi.
  • Gestire i rischi associati alle risorse, compresi quelli di sicurezza e operativi.
  • Garantire che tutte le operazioni siano conformi alle politiche aziendali in materia di compliance e sicurezza.
  • Comunicare in modo efficace con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, inclusi consulenti e partner.
  • Supervisionare i team dedicati alla gestione delle risorse, fornendo indicazioni e supporto.
  • Identificare e implementare tecnologie innovative per migliorare la gestione delle risorse.
