Award-winning Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great experience for our customers.
  • Handle various sales transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess 1 year of experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
  • Have excellent communication skills, able to clearly interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Show open availability, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet physical demands, including intermittent lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing/moving for extended periods.
  • Be willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
