About the Role

Oerlikon Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering the complete recruitment process, managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout, and providing solutions to recruitment challenges.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including writing and publishing job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and conducting tests and assessments where required.
  • Market Expertise: Act as an expert on the market and advise stakeholders and HR colleagues on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source active and passive candidates through business networks, social media channels, and job boards.
  • Effective Strategies: Develop effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates, ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure an effective and efficient recruiting process.
  • Project Support: Support TA and social media related projects, and contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives and Employer Branding activities.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3+ years full cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
  • Skills: Comprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skills, telephone experience in interviewing or customer service, and expert level interview coordination skills and managing scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Language: Expert verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
