Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our local in-market team. As a key member of the team, you will support the delivery of a marketing services contract, covering key categories such as Print, POS, and Promotional Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with local client stakeholders to take new briefs, provide quotations, and manage live orders through to activation in the market.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service by resolving all issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the leadership team with data for presentations including MI reporting and QBR's.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and track client Region Age Debt.
  • Process orders and timely invoices.
  • Maintain, manage, and update the supplier database.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also possess a high level of attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
