Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Temporary Manager to join our team at GCHCONSULTING srl. As a key member of our Planning & Controlling team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, building financial forecast models, and developing automation and integration projects related to financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly balance sheet and cash flow data, with a focus on cash and non-financial data (NFD).
  • Develop and own financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analyses.
  • Lead the reporting process to analyze deviations between actual data and forecast/budget data.
  • Participate in the planning process for multi-year strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business controllers to define group NFD and cash flow targets.
  • Perform impairment tests to identify any impairment of business units or legal entities.
  • Develop and implement automation and integration projects related to financial planning.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar management role in internationally active companies.
  • Degree in STEM, Finance, or Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, HFM, and Office package (including advanced Excel skills).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Financial planning, FP&A, etc) is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Temporary contract with a duration of 12 months.
  • Hybrid work arrangement.
