Job Description

Serves as a key facilitator of change, collaborating with site lean champions to drive transformation and foster a continuous improvement culture. Develops and implements lean, growth, and leadership training programs, Kaizen events, and other initiatives to enhance site performance.


• Monitors and assesses current quality performance to identify opportunities for improvement and process enhancements.


• Utilizes lean problem-solving methodology to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.


• Effectively leads cross-functional, cross-regional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.


• Leverages EBS tools, consulting skills, and change management processes to drive ever-improving results.


• Supports business functions in developing and achieving Strategy Deployment/Daily Management objectives.


• Tracks and reports progress on improvements using established Key Performance Indicators.


• Provides formal and informal EBS training and coaching, evolving and applying tools as necessary to drive results.


• Achieves Problem Solving Process (PSP) Train-the-Trainer Certification and MBB certification in at least one other EBS tool.


• Offers coaching and guidance in the implementation of EBS processes and tools.
