Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting us in matters of drawings, 3D modeling, rendering, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely with a minimum of 40 hours per week and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and elaborating drawings of properties
  • Researching materials and proposing new solutions for our projects
  • Assisting us in improving and optimizing the efficiency of our properties and materials
  • Helping with the implementation of green energies
  • Providing ideas and feedback related to interior design
  • Conducting research and assisting in possible requirements and permissions
Requirements
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Passion for research, materials, and architecture
  • Eagerness to support us with ideas to improve our efficiency
  • Independent and organized worker
  • Sense of achievement and personal improvement
  • Eagerness to put acquired knowledge into practice
  • Problem-solving skills and quick learning
  • Willingness to work in a startup
  • Good analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate through sketching and digital imaging
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided-Drawing (AutoCAD) and 3D design modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • A Master's Degree is a plus
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion
  • Resourcefulness with a startup mentality and ability to come up with creative solutions when faced with challenges
  • Agile mindset and can-do attitude
