Job Title: Senior Manager Digital Content

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Digital Content to lead our digital content production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creation of innovative and bespoke content for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full digital content production process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of content to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market offer and identify new technical solutions to enhance our content offerings.
  • Collaborate with customers to define content plans and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
  • Define project feasibility, analyzing costs and resources required to deliver high-quality content.
  • Design and implement a shared vision for content quality and production style across all projects.
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure consistent production patterns and quality levels.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field.
  • First degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification.
  • Background in content production (videomaking, post-production).
  • Strong knowledge of visual communication and social media.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage last-minute requests and think on your feet.

Language Skills:

  • Italian (native).
  • English (advanced).
  • Another language is a plus.
