Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager Digital Content to lead our digital content production and drive innovative content creation for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full digital content production and drive project managers to create bespoke content for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market offers and research new technical solutions to enhance our services.
  • Participate in customer discussions and receive briefs on content plans.
  • Analyze project feasibility, considering costs and resources.
  • Design project plans, understanding customer needs and budget constraints.
  • Lead a team of project managers to maintain production quality and consistency.
  • Define a shared vision for content quality and project management.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field.
  • First degree or advanced vocational qualification.

Technical Skills

  • Background in content production (videomaking, post-production).
  • Understanding of production efforts and resource needs.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of visual communication.
  • Interest in social media and new technologies.
  • Good relationship skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Ability to manage last-minute requests.
  • Fast thinking and problem-solving skills.

Language Skills

  • Italian (native).
  • English (advanced).
  • Another language is a plus.
