About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess excellent data analysis skills to support HR management in identifying, defining process flows, and standardized management actions for organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing business data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization tools to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Management Control, BU managers) to design process standardization and objectives defined by Management.
  • Implement and maintain standardized work processes aimed at organizational change, while monitoring process KPIs.
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • A degree in management engineering.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, relational, and mediation skills.
  • Project management skills and strong result orientation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
