As a Senior Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards across various areas, including Project Management and Process Improvement.

SPEA, a world leader in testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, seeks an experienced professional to take on this critical position. The successful candidate will have organizational responsibility for a SPEA product or functional unit, overseeing its development from commercial negotiation through design, construction, and installation.

Key Responsibilities:
