Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, creating, and nurturing business opportunities to drive growth. Key responsibilities typically include:

- 1. **Market Research**: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends, and understanding the competitive landscape.
- 2. **Lead Generation**: Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and leveraging online platforms.
- 3. **Relationship Building**: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business development.
- 4. **Sales Strategy**: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- 5. **Proposal Development**: Creating compelling business proposals and presentations to showcase the company's products or services.
- 6. **Negotiation and Closing**: Engaging in negotiations with potential clients and successfully closing deals that align with the company's objectives.
- 7. **Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- 8. **Market Expansion**: Identifying opportunities for expanding the company's market presence and exploring new business avenues.
- 9. **Client Feedback**: Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance products or services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- 10. **Reporting**: Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the leadership team.

IDEAL PROFILE
- Knowledge of materials (metals, polymers, composites) and leading technologies (injection molding and plastics)
- Knowledge in the marketing field
- Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations
- Knowledge of the technical mechanisms of export and internationalization
- Good organizational and management skills
- Proactive mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation
- Orientation and determination to achieve the goals, flexibility to change.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, German appreciated
