As a leading company in the development of test systems, we strive to improve our operational efficiency. We are seeking a skilled professional to support our HR management in identifying, defining processes flows and standardized management actions for organizational changes.

The Role

This role involves analyzing existing business data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop tools to measure effectiveness and efficiency. You will collaborate with different departments, such as Finance, Management Control, and BU managers, to design standardization of processes and objectives defined by the Management. Your tasks will include:

  • Analysis of existing business data and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop ways of optimization.
  • Development of specific projects to achieve objectives.
  • Collaboration with different company departments to design standardization of processes.

You will also be responsible for implementing and/or maintaining standard procedures of work processes aimed at organizational change, supporting in the identification and monitoring of process KPIs. This role requires strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, as well as flexibility, relational and mediation skills. Project management skills and strong result orientation are essential.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in management engineering, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have project management skills and strong result orientation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
