This is an exciting opportunity to join Coesia's engineering team as an IT Engineering Applications Specialist - Product Configuration. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of critical engineering applications.

With a strong background in high-end PLM, CAD, CPQ, or Digital Documentation systems, you will drive technological advancements in the engineering department. Your expertise in IT systems integration and ability to lead transformational projects will be essential in fostering synergies and standardization across Coesia's group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise key users and stakeholders on technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guarantee the delivery of projects and programs on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integration opportunities to ensure Coesia's engineering capabilities remain cutting-edge.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and advocate for standard solutions while tailoring customizations as needed.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarks to confirm proposed IT solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 2-3 years' experience with high-end Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems.
  • 2-3 years understanding of BOM Transformation processes (EBOM, SBOM, MBOM).
  • Proficiency in at least one major CAD system, such as Solidworks or Creo, is desirable.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the major PLM systems is desirable (Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras).
  • Programming expertise is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven project/program management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, easing effective stakeholder engagement.
  • A collaborative team player with a track record of fostering team success.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
