Il Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. è alla ricerca di un Product Owner per il team Tech Innovation & Product.

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di:

  • Raccogliere i requisiti dalle varie strutture interne e approfondirli per fornire un documento di analisi per il team di sviluppo.
  • Valutare, insieme al team di sviluppo, possibili soluzioni tecniche per rispondere a una esigenza di business considerando costi e benefici.
  • Supporto alla fase di testing.
  • Analisi delle problematiche in produzione al fine di indirizzarne la risoluzione.
  • Scrittura della documentazione.
  • Favorire una gestione agile dei progetti dividendo feature corpose in attività più piccole, individuando possibili semplificazioni e prevedendo release incrementali.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea scientifica, preferibilmente Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica.
  • Conoscenza di SQL.
  • Conoscenza di un linguaggio di programmazione (preferibilmente C#).
  • Esperienza pregressa come sviluppatore.
  • Buone conoscenze del processo di sviluppo software e delle tematiche collegate.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • Forte orientamento all'obiettivo.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione ed organizzazione.
  • Propensione all'innovazione e pensiero creativo.

Altre informazioni:

Inserimento diretto, CCNL Commercio e Terziario, contratto a tempo indeterminato. L'inquadramento e il pacchetto retributivo complessivo verranno commisurati all'esperienza maturata.

Sede di lavoro: Milano. L'attività lavorativa si svolgerà in modalità ibrida.
