About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at E80 Group S.P.A. and contribute to the evolution of our product, SM.I.LE80. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand the needs of our customers and stakeholders, and translate them into actionable requirements and specifications.
  • Product Roadmapping: Define priorities for functionalities and features, create and maintain a project/product backlog, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaboration: Support the software development, QA, and UX teams, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect.
  • Documentation: Own product delivery collaterals, ensure that communications channels are updated, and design and conduct user training courses.
Requirements
  • Technical Qualifications: Master's degree in software/computer science/management engineering or equivalent, 6+ years of experience in a similar product-related role, and strong understanding of IIOT and WMS/WES/WCS related markets/needs/technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to handle customer issues, and experience with agile methodologies.
