Product Owner - Tenant Private Area

At Joivy, we're seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team dedicated to the tenant private area on cross-platform applications (web & app). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of product features and a seamless tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for the tenant private area.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on web and mobile platforms.
  • Work closely with researchers on the product discovery process to understand user pain points, market needs, and opportunities.
  • Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features following Agile principles.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into actionable requirements and clear documentation.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and align the team with business objectives.
  • Basic technical knowledge of web and mobile applications to facilitate collaboration with developers.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user satisfaction.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate priorities.
  • Strong team management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
