About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Trainee to join our Richemont Italia Logistics team. As a Logistics Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the Warehouse Operations Coordinator and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physical Support in Delivery Handling: Assist in the receipt and processing of incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
  • Outbound Orders Management: Coordinate and manage the preparation and dispatch of outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Supporting Warehouse and Operations Department: Provide administrative support to the Warehouse and Operations department, including staff sales and inventory management.
  • Collaboration with Export and Transport Team: Work closely with the Export and Transport team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Supporting Logistics Manager in Sustainability Initiatives: Assist the Logistics Manager in implementing sustainability best practices, focusing on reducing transportation and packaging emissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering: A degree in a relevant field, such as economics or engineering, is required.
  • Excellent Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian and English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with digital/analytics tools, such as Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Good Knowledge of SAP: Familiarity with SAP systems and processes is desirable.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and communication styles.
