Join Our Team as a Brand Protection Client Manager

At Corsearch, we're passionate about making the world a safer place for our brand customers and their consumers. As a Brand Protection Client Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the online presence of our clients is protected from IP infringements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of clients' accounts and build strong relationships to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enforce intellectual property rights and prevent counterfeiting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address online brand protection challenges.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key offenders and develop effective solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences.
  • Customer-facing support experience and ability to work across a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver performance management and personnel development.
  • Proven delivery of business outcomes and targets on time and against quality standards.
  • Knowledge of internet technologies and network, with strong capabilities in MS Power Point, Word & Excel.
