About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be part of Dell Technologies' Inside Sales team in Milan, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Perform outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead follow-up, to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging to uncover opportunities and pass them to Outside Account Executives.
- Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and drive the expansion of Dell Technologies' footprint.
- Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Inside Sales role.

About You:

- Business/IT related degree with a strong academic record.
- 0-12 months of full-time work experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and technology.
