Job Scope and Responsibilities

As EHS Manager, you will oversee all aspects related to Health, Safety, and Environment. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring a Safe Environment

  • Prevent incidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards

Legal Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Facilitate the application of Group EHS guidelines and policies

Occupational Safety Management System

  • Develop and implement a robust Occupational Safety Management System (OSMS) aligned with ISO 45001
  • Manage relations with authorities and external certification bodies

Communication and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Manage and report EHS performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Qualification as RSPP (Responsabile della Sicurezza del Lavoro Preventivo) is mandatory
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS departments, with 3 years as RSPP in manufacturing environments
  • Experience in the machine industry sector is a plus
