About the Role

YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, a leading luxury retail ecosystem, is seeking a talented Finance Strategy Specialist to join its Corporate division. As a key member of the Finance Strategy Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate strategic projects aimed at improving Group Profitability
  • Support the development of financial models to measure the quantitative impact of business opportunities
  • Draft business cases related to the execution of the strategic plan
  • Provide analytical support in reviewing the financial impacts of business cases
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and drive a data-driven approach
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling
  • At least 1 year of work experience in strategy, business operations, and project management, preferably in management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles
  • Strong strategic and operational thinking, with a proven track record of both strategic and hands-on projects
  • Excellent knowledge of financial planning tools and methodologies
  • Process management skills and experience managing and improving complex projects/processes
  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and insights communication towards management
  • Natural curiosity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence others
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English
