About the Location:

Located in the heart of Milan's Fashion District, Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a stunning 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat. Our hotel offers a unique blend of elegance and modern luxury, with high-ceilinged rooms, authentic Italian cuisine, and a sleek, modern Spa.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. As a key member of our Housekeeping and Laundry department, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the team, ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping and Laundry team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to ensure the appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to ensure that costs are controlled without compromising quality and that financial goals are met.
  • Provide exceptional guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Accommodate special requests and ensure that all guest needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury hospitality operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, with a flexible schedule that includes the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
