Le principali responsabilità del candidato saranno:
- Contatto con il commerciale di riferimento o con il cliente per raccolta delle necessità e stesura del profilo professionale da ricercare;
- Stesura e pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro utilizzando strumenti digitali;
- Ricerca e selezione del personale: ricerca attiva, colloqui da remoto e colloqui di persona;
- Sviluppo di rete tra le associazioni del territorio per presentare i servizi offerti dall'agenzia;
- Eventuale gestione amministrativa del personale somministrato: raccolta documenti, gestione delle pratiche di assunzione e gestione dei lavoratori assunti in somministrazione (malattia, permessi, presenze).
Requisiti:
- Comprovata esperienza di almeno un anno nella selezione del personale presso una filiale di un'Agenzia per il Lavoro;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Gradita Laurea in materie umanistiche;
- Tenacia, determinazione e orientamento ai risultati;
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale Intiway.
