Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HSSE Site Manager to join our team in Vado Ligure, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our operations, managing risks, and implementing compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively perform all duties and responsibilities foreseen for the role of RSPP, Coordinatore Squadra Gestione Emergenza, Responsabile Merci Pericolose, and PFSO.
- Assist and support Senior Management Team to guarantee full legal compliance for HSSE aspects and regulations.
- Assess and manage HSSE risks, including Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk.
- Lead and inspire team to constantly improve safety and security in day-to-day operations.
- Provide HSSE expertise and knowledge to support the business in incidents and emergencies management.
- Assist and support cross-functional partners to plan, facilitate, and enable contractors management.
- Prioritize and implement improvements defined in the risk assessment, according to Hierarchy of Control and risk rating.
- Enable business by providing HSSE expertise and knowledge to support functions in all changes required to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
- Maintain appropriate professional working relationships with Authorities and Institutions.
- Influence colleagues and key stakeholders within the business unit to become effective Safety and Security Leaders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSSE, risk management, and compliance. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
