About the Role
The HSSE Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation of health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures at the Vado Ligure site. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety procedures, and providing training to employees on safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide training to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement HSSE policies and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, security, and environment, with experience in a similar role. A degree in a relevant field and a certification in HSSE would be an asset.
